Small Renovations & 1-Day Fix Projects

Not every project is a full renovation. MetroRenos focuses on smaller jobs and quick 1-day fixes that make a big difference in how your home looks and feels—without big-contractor pricing. We use straightforward labour-only pricing with a $100 minimum visit, and most common repairs fall in the $120–$220 range before materials. Send a short description and a couple of photos and we’ll confirm a firm price and book a time that works for you.

Typical 1-day fix pricing (labour only, materials extra):
• Small drywall cracks & nail pops in one room – from $150
• Wall patch up to 6" (doorknob / small impact) – $100–$150
• Small ceiling patch from old leak (up to ~2' x 2') – $190–$220
• Toilet wax seal & toilet replacement (customer-supplied) – from $120
• Faucet or showerhead swap (no pipe moving) – from $150
• Small trim/baseboard repair in one area – $160–$200

Discounts are available for multi-item repair lists or half-day/full-day bookings.

Note: I focus on like-for-like fixture swaps and minor interior work. For major plumbing changes, new lines or building-wide systems, you’ll need a licensed plumber.
